Jeanne Lohmann, Olympia’s beloved poet, will lead this class. The title of this class was chosen because an infusion of hope can help us weather the stormy times we are living in. She will read several of her poems and then invite the participants to share poetry that gives them hope as a way of introducing themselves. Jeanne will then read more of her poetry and the poetry of others that give her hope.
Jeanne is a member of the Olympia Friends Meeting and has published 11 books of poetry.
